Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering customer service and making a positive impact in your community? The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley is seeking a dedicated individual to provide comprehensive information and exceptional service to our visitors, operators, and residents.

As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to promote the image of the shire positively, assist in developing community relationships, and support smooth operation of vital services such as Library, Visitor Centre, and Department of Transport functions. Please note that this position is based in Fitzroy Crossing with a base salary range is from $53,561 - $67,889 plus generous allowances (up to $15,104), superannuation (11.5% & up-to 7% Council matching), and 5 weeks annual leave. Desired Skills and Experience

  1. Good teamwork and sound interpersonal skills
  2. Competent computer and keyboard skills;
  3. Demonstrated cash handling and accurate numeracy skills
  4. Willingness to complete relevant training
